Although most kids may prefer meat products than seeing most of their meals with greens, you may add chicken breast in your dish to make it more appetizing yet nutritious.  It is best to use lean meat such as turkey, chicken breast, lean beef, and fish.  The good thing about chicken and fish is that these can easily be cooked in just 10 to 15 minutes so you can make fast meals with these.  You may then use salt and seasoning sparingly to make it palatable.

It is best to use culinary herbs to make your recipes friendlier to the taste.  These culinary herbs are also filled with vitamins and nutrients such as parsley, mint, basil, and coriander.  These herbs do not only make flavorful dishes but the nutrient contents can be helpful in fighting illnesses.  Most of these culinary herbs are now in pill form for those who want to take it as supplements.  But it would still be best to use fresh herbs to get the essential oils intact and not degraded.
